Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging
Final sale items: Sale items, intimates, and accessories marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Return
Step 1: Email hello@fromallaure.com with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return
Step 2: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
Step 4: Drop off at your nearest shipping point
Step 5: We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges. Email us at hello@fromallaure.com and we'll get your new item shipped out as soon as we receive the original.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@fromallaure.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
