SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! From Allure ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your From Allure account and check your order status under 'My Orders'.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Sale items and intimates are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@fromallaure.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour. Just email us at hello@fromallaure.com and we'll arrange it for you.
ORDERS & GENERAL
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, email us at hello@fromallaure.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it, but we're happy to help with a return once you receive it.
What size should I order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide specific to that item. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest going up. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you find your perfect fit.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! From Allure gift cards are available from $25 to $200. They're delivered instantly via email and never expire — the perfect gift for someone who deserves a little allure.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@fromallaure.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
